Shipping Policy

At AIM, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day. Delivery is then expected within 3–5 working days from the processing date. Delivery to remote or far-flung areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update to follow your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details, any re-delivery charges incurred will be borne by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
