Shipping Policy

At AIM, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly across Pakistan.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 working days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are treated as next working day orders. Delivery may take additional time for remote locations, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via email and/or WhatsApp notification to follow your shipment.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect address details, any re-delivery charges incurred will be borne by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Damaged in Transit
