What are your delivery timeframes?
We typically deliver within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed the same day — orders after 3:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next working day. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your shipment in real time. If you face any issues with your delivery, simply reply to your order confirmation email and our team will assist you promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,000. Please note that Launch Pack items are excluded from the free shipping offer. Standard delivery charges apply to orders below Rs. 4,000 and on all Launch Pack purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience — including Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Simply choose your preferred option at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged! Don't worry — we've got you covered. Please submit a Return Request within 7 days of delivery along with photos or videos of the damaged item.
