Return & Refund Policy
At AIM, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, except in the case of quality complaints (see below).
- Sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Submit your return request using our Return Request Form. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps, including the nearest drop-off point for your return shipment.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit, valid for future purchases on aim-pk.com.
- In exceptional circumstances where a customer does not wish to make a future purchase, a refund to the original payment method may be considered at AIM’s discretion.
Damaged, Incorrect or Quality Complaints
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or substandard quality item, please submit a Return Request Form within 7 days of delivery. Quality complaints are treated separately — opened products are eligible for review under this clause. Our team will resolve it promptly through a replacement or store credit.
For quality complaints, please email supporting photos/videos to vif@aim-pk.com, quoting your order number or return reference (provided in our reply) in the subject line.
Return Shipping
AIM bears the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will advise you of the nearest drop-off point. No courier needs to be arranged by you.
